Originally established in the UK in 2019, 11 Pilates is a new reformer Pilates studio based in the heart of Dubai Marina. Offering a variety of group classes ranging from beginners to advanced and private sessions, the studio boasts top-notch equipment featuring Merrithew reformers and a Cadillac. With a mission to bring all the health benefits of Pilates to the local community, the studio showcases top level training, glorious views of the Marina, and specialized equipment all in a beautiful setting of the studio.

Our classes focus on all the basic principles of Pilates, aiming to improve and challenge your strength, flexibility, co-ordination, balance, posture, body awareness and promoting the ultimate mind-body connection. We add a Dynamic style to our classes, adding weights and other props - making sure you feel the burn on each and every class.
